Event Logistics
  • How long is the event?

    The show will run from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CT

  • Now that I am registered, how do I attend the show?

    You only need the event URL and to input the exact email you registered with to log back into the platform on the day of the show. Note: the event URL is the same as the URL used to register with.

  • I am no longer able to attend the show and would like a refund

    There is a no-refund policy for this event. However, your ticket purchase includes access to all the replays from July 23 – August 6th only. This cannot be extended.

Log In / Registration
  • How do I login for the event?

    You will login using the 'Log In' button and the exact email you registered with to log back into the platform on the day of the show. Click ‘Log In?’ and follow the prompts.

  • Is there a different link I will receive to login to the show?

    No. You will login from this site that was used to register with.

  • Will I receive a password or discount code?

    No. You only need the event link and to input the exact email you registered with to log back into the platform.

  • I did not receive a confirmation email or any show emails

    Check your spam/junk and promo folders and search for ‘Cosmo Prof’ as emails will filter to those folders on some email servers.

  • I am not able to login with my email address

    Please ensure you are using the EXACT email used to register with, no spaces. Please look for your confirmation email to verify the email you registered with.

  • How can I modify my registration?

    Once logged in, locate the ‘Profile’ button on the top bar. Click there and you will see the registration questions and answers initially provided and you can modify them as needed. Click Save to save your new answers.

Technical Questions
  • I do not have a computer; can I watch the show from a phone or iPad?

    It is strongly recommended to view from a laptop or computer for the best user experience. However, if this is not an option, you may use a mobile device. Make sure you have a strong wifi/data connection.

  • What web browser is best to view the show from?

    It is strongly recommended to view from an updated version of Google Chrome. Users can still use Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari if Google Chrome is not an option.

  • I am not seeing content on the page

    Please try these steps:
    • Make sure your wifi/data connection is strong enough
    • Clear the cache/cookies on your device
    • Refresh your browser or try using a new browser window
    • Restart your device
    • Turn off any VPN or ad-blocker
    • Close out all other windows on your device

  • I am not able to hear anything

    Ensure your video player and device volume are enabled and turned on. You may also take
    these steps:
    • Make sure your wifi/data connection is strong enough
    • Check your device volume settings
    • Clear the cache/cookies on your device
    • Refresh your browser or try using a new browser window
    • Restart your device
    • Close out all other windows on your device

CEU Questions
  • I did not see my state of license in the dropdown menu when I registered

    Continuing Education hours are only available for select states (DC, IA, IL, NC, NE).

  • How do I receive CE credit for the classes I watch?

    To receive CE credit, you must opt in for CE in registration, select your state of license and
    input your license # (exactly as it appears on your license). To qualify for credit, you must view
    CEU eligible classes and remain actively logged in for the full session.

  • How do I know if a class is eligible for CE?

    All CE eligible classes will be marked with a CE Icon. Note: there will be several non-CE classes offered, so it is important to look for a CE notation if you are seeking credit.

  • How many credit hours will I receive for the show?

    Up To 6 CE hours. Each individual CE eligible class is ONE CE hour. To achieve all 6 hours, you must attend each Premiere Stage class and one CE eligible class in each of the three classroom blocks (3 total classes).

  • I am still a student and do not have a license number

    Certificates are only for license renewal purposes and do not count toward a current student program hours. Please consult your instructor for alternate qualifications.

  • When/how will I receive my CE Certificate(s)?

    CE Certificates will be sent individually, one per session on or before July 25. The emails will come from Cosmo Prof and be sent to the email address you registered with.

  • I did not receive my CE certificates

    If you do not see your CE emails in your inbox by end of day on July 25, please do a search in your inbox for ‘Cosmo Prof’ to ensure the email(s) did not go to a spam/junk or promo folder. If you still are not seeing your CE emails, please reach out to cosmoprof@bishopmccann.com and

Digital Library
  • I am not able to attend the live show, will I be able to watch the recordings?

    Your ticket purchase includes access to all the replays from July 23 – August 6th only.

  • I am trying to watch a recording but there is just music playing, no content.

    Please try fast forwarding a bit until you see content. Some of the sessions had a delayed start.

  • Will I receive CE credit if I watch the recordings?

    No. None of the replays will qualify for CE credit; only live-attended classes qualify.

  • I am not able to watch the recordings during the available timeframe, can the dates be extended?

    No. The Digital Library dates cannot be extended.
